The Khanda or Adi Shakti is the "Nishān", the emblem of the Sikhs. This symbol is closely related to Kundalini Yoga because it is a practice of the Sikhs.
It is composed of 3 weapons.
• The double-edged sword also called "Khanda" is the sword of truth, which separates truth from falsehood. It symbolizes the power of the Creator.
• "Kirpan" or Miri and Piri, the two swords symbolize the balance between fighting for justice and serving God by teaching the truth. They are also associated with the spiritual and temporal aspects of creation.
• "Chakram", the wheel. It evokes the unity of all creation and the infinite nature of the Creator: without beginning or end.
Khanda is a primordial universal symbol.
